Yummy Gummys

We can only eat so much bone broth and collagen powder; gelatin gummies are an excellent way to get the nourishing benefits of gelatin and a boost of vitamin C. These make great treats for kids and laboring mamas as well.


RECIPE: Yummy- Gummys

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries

  • ¾ cup lemon juice

  • 3 tablespoons of honey or xylitol

  • ¼ cup grass fed gelatin

    (You can substitute the raspberries for any of your other favorite berries)

Place lemon juice and raspberries in a saucepan and heat on low until soft and mushy.

Run through a food mill or blender.

Place mixture back in the pan and add the gelatin, slowly, so it absorbs completely

Pour into silicone molds or a baking pan; let sit in fridge for at least 1 hour

Cut into pieces and store in the fridge.
